Head Chef Taj Marylebone have 28 years of culinary experience in leading restaurants in UK, like Spice Fusion, Thaii Fusion, Taj Barming, Star Balti, Little India , Shabab Brasserie, Taj Mahal, Dale A Curry south east England and have opened Taj Marylebone restaurant hoping to serve delectable modern Indian cuisine. Having gained great experience from the finest restaurants from around the world, Haque is embracing his inspiration taken from traditional family Indian cuisine married with his award winning culinary skill to create refined Indian fine dining in his very own restaurant Taj Marylebone.
Delightful dining Forever in search of new culinary inspiration Haque loves to return home to Bangladesh with his family to explore the farms and markets and professes always to be learning about new flavours and techniques from the traditional Indian cuisine.
